If your question depends on the condition of your property or the work involved, send us a short brief. We can discuss the appropriate next step through a free design consultation.
Getting Started
We provide interior design and execution, including renovation, fit-out and bespoke furniture or joinery within an agreed scope. Our focus includes homes and business interiors.
Yes, a free design consultation is our enquiry offer. Detailed design deliverables, execution and other paid work are defined separately in a proposal.
Yes. Share your property location and requirements to request a visit. Access, availability and appointment arrangements are confirmed before the visit.
Wider UAE enquiries are welcome. Service availability and site-visit arrangements must be confirmed for the specific location.
Services and Scope
Start with design for a concept and layout, renovation for changes to an existing interior, or fit-out to prepare a space for use. A project can combine these services.
Yes. A combined scope can be discussed, with deliverables, responsibilities and dependencies stated in the proposal.
Share the pieces you want to keep, along with dimensions or photographs. They can be considered when planning the layout and material direction.
Only where expressly stated. Applicable requirements, specialist work, fees and approval responsibilities must be confirmed for the specific project.
Planning and Costs
Property size, current condition, design deliverables, materials, execution work, access and specialist requirements all affect cost. The scope is needed before a useful quotation can be prepared.
Timing depends on scope, decisions, materials, site access and any relevant approvals. A project programme should be confirmed after those dependencies are reviewed.
That depends on the nature of the work and its effect on safe access and normal use. Occupancy and business continuity should be discussed before execution is planned.
Discuss the change and its effect on design, cost and timing before proceeding. The project agreement should establish how variations are reviewed and recorded.
Need an answer about your own project?
Tell us the location, property type and what you would like to achieve. Add photographs or a floor plan if available.
WhatsApp us or request a consultation so the discussion can focus on your space, rather than a general answer that may not apply.
Concepts and Contact
The current portfolio presents clearly labelled concepts and visual studies, including AI-generated imagery. It is not presented as a collection of completed client projects.
Include your property type, location, priorities and contact details. A budget direction, target date, photographs and available floor plans can help the discussion.
